Minimum of 2 years of trading history, i.e. 1 year of filed or formally prepared accounts.• No significant adverse credit event against shareholding directors of the business (directorsinvolved with a liquidated business where creditors have lost out within the last 6 years will bea challenge).• Director guarantees taken on every unsecured loan.• Majority shareholding must be UK based.• UK companies only, including Northern Ireland, but excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man.• Typically profitable within the last 2 years.
