Get the money you're owed quicker. We simply use you sales ledger as an asset. Borrow up to 95% of your unpaid invoices value.

Ultimate Bridging Loans

Short term loans

Finance to help fill the gap when buying or renovating a property until longer term funding is in place. Borrow between £50k and £1.5million. Maximum loan to value of 75% and repayment up to 18 months.

Ultimate Trade Finance

Trade finance

We give you up to 120 days credit to pay local and overseas suppliers. You pay us back once the sale is completed. This must be used alongside an Ultimate Invoice Finance facility. Facilities between £25,000 to £1million.
