As a member of the ABF service team you will be speaking to customers over the telephone and registering them on our platform. This is not a tele sales position or cold calling, as all customers are referred to us by their bank and have requested that we contact them. The position is customer service focused and a typical working day would include: contacting customers, guiding the customer through some basic questions about their business and their requirement and then either transferring the customer to one of our consultants or obtaining consent for one of the team to send enquiries on the customer’s behalf.
As this is an outbound telephone position we are looking for someone articulate and confident with good telephone skills, as well as basic computer knowledge including word and excel. A willingness to learn is key, there will be continual training and development provided around our business, our bespoke platform and the types of finance available.
· Telephoning customer referrals and registering them on the ABF platform.
· Maintaining accurate records of activity on the ABF platform
· Developing knowledge of the commercial lending market to help your interactions with SMEs (training will be provided)
· Managing your diary to ensure follow up calls are conducted
· Achieving agreed KPIs and performance levels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
